I don't know about being brave enough, but would they know how to install a web feed ?

I came across a site for a private villa rental in Greece and was amazed to see they displayed some disparaging testimonials. What was interesting was they'd responded to the bad remarks by stating what they'd done, or intended to do, to remedy the problem for future guests.

It was refreshing to see and stood out from the usual glowing feedback you often see populating on-line guestbooks/testimonials.
