Not really. That’s a headline from a YouTube video posted by a disgruntled customer.
Next week I am giving a talk to the Airline Public Relations Organisation in London. Since I discovered how easily I can slip videos into Keynote slides with my Mac, I have been checking YouTube in search of relevant content to add to my presentation.
Here, one irate traveller has taken the trouble to tell us why he hates China Eastern Airways. Here is one of several videos posted of baggage handlers in action (ok, not entirely the airlines’ domain).
Unsurprisingly, a lot of bored passengers whip out their video cameras or video-enabled mobile phones once they slide into their seat and it is only a matter of time before somebody posts footage which is at the very least embarrassing to a major airline.
Not found any video of the cockroaches yet but I’ll keep looking
