The power of conversation

June 5, 2006

Here’s something for the rest of the PR community in the UK to chew on. Niall Cook at Hill & Knowlton offers an insight into their web stats, namely visits to the H&K corporate website and their collective blog address. Guess which scores 54% of visits against a pawltry 33%? Yes, it’s those pesky blogs.

Ah… but does he really mean ‘invest’ or does he mean spend. If he means invest, how much PR spend belongs on the ballance sheet and how much in P&L.

If the latter, its spin, if the former, its very important.

Perhaps we have to wait for H&K accounts to be published.
