February 20th, 2006 · 1 Comment

If you thought public relations professionals got a poor press with the Bad Pitch blog, take a look at its close cousin the Bad Hack blog which offers a platform for PR’s to spill the beans about badly behaved journalists.

Illegal BBC clips on Revver

February 17th, 2006 · 6 Comments

A hotel in Key West, Fla., recently offered its guests a [...]

February 2nd, 2006 · 2 Comments

The Scotsman has a piece about  Chris Idzikowski (good Scottish name), director of Edinburgh Sleep Centre, who has been researching jet lag for British Airways.
The answer lies in seeking out daylight at precisely the right time and shunning it like Dracula for hours either side.
Dr Idzikowski said that traditional wisdom for jet lag - to [...]
